L’artiste Haïra Arby n’est plus. Elle vient de rendre l’âme à l’hôpital Luxembourg de Bamako suite à une maladie.
La chanteuse-compositrice malienne, Khaira Arby est décédée, dimanche à Bamako, a appris APA lundi de source proche de l’artiste.
Considérée comme l’une des plus belle voix du nord du Mali, Khaira Arby qui a embrassé la musique depuis le bas âge, à 11 ans. Celle qui est née à Toumbouctou en 1959, avait plusieurs albums à son compteur en arabe, en bambara, en tamasheq et en sonraï.
Surnommée la diva de Toumbouctou, elle a beaucoup chanté pour la paix, notamment depuis le début de la rébellion de 2012 qui a été suivie par une grave crise sécuritaire dans le nord du Mali.
